Bill Jeu Devine

Bill brings a Client focused attention to the Business Development initiatives for Talent Connections and Career Spa. Bill’s career encompasses 20+ years of Leadership, Business Strategy, Sales Process, and Human Resources success. As President at AMPF/AMCI, a consumer products company, Bill has initiated a targeted Sales focus across his national team to increase customer interaction, built sales processes consistent across the organization and increased customer contact to grow the brand. Bill’s background includes start-up experience where he served as Director of Sales for FANMATS, a consumer products company.

From 1997 to 2003 Bill led the recruiting practices and leadership development initiatives as Manager of Staffing and Development at Larson-Juhl, a Berkshire-Hathaway subsidiary. In this role, Bill initiated an entirely new national sales recruiting process and strategy, built the recruiting criteria, identified the key criteria for performance success and worked collaboratively across the organization to drive the process.

Bill is active in career mentoring and business networking as a board member for the St.  Brigid Business Connection Group and he volunteers with the Christ Centered Career Group (C3G) at Northpoint Community Church – both located in Alpharetta, GA. In addition, Bill is active in the Atlanta Catholic Business Conference, the Kettering Executive Network, the Furman Business Breakfast series, Hith Tech Ministries and the Men of St. Brigid.

Earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, SC,   Bill chose to stay in the southeast after growing up in south Florida. Bill, his wife Laura and their daughter Hampton live in Alpharetta where they are active with travel softball, school activities and enjoying the outdoors. Gary Jones

Gary Jones, SPHR, is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Grizzard Communications Group with offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. He has over 20 years of corporate level human resources experience in a diverse set of industries including marketing services, specialty retail, wholesale, and not-for-profit.

Prior to joining Grizzard, Gary served as Vice President of Human Resources with Pike Family Nurseries. He has also worked as a management consultant in operations and human resources with clients in a wide range of industry groups. In 2010, Gary received the SHAPE Award for Professional Excellence in Human Resources from the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Gary has served in a leadership capacity on several boards and advisory groups in community and business organizations including service as a board member of the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and Career Spa.
Gary holds graduate degrees in Administration as well as Counseling. Additionally, his professional certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Licensed Professional Counselor (retired, state of Georgia) and Diplomate with The American Psychotherapy Association.

Gary’s primary hobbies and interests revolve around guitars, classic rock, unsuccessful attempts to lower his golf handicap, and travel.

Executives Network: Molly Wendell. Blending Business and Technology:Nicol Woodard

Molly Wendell is President of Executives Network… a unique national peer-networking resource exclusively for executives (director, VP and C-level).   Prior to building this national network, Molly spent the last two decades achieving great success and recognition in the high tech and commercial real estate industries, including ten years at IBM Corporation.

She is a respected expert with experience in developing networks of thousands of top quality professionals. 

But it wasn’t all easy.  Molly was once out of work for 2 years and three days.  Then, she changed everything, and in 90 days, had 60 meetings and 30 offers for positions never posted, in an industry she had no experience.  She’s been featured on ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and many radio stations and news outlets throughout the country.

Molly recently released her first book called “The New Job Search:  Break All The Rules” and is working on her second one…

Nicol Woodard was most recently the CTO/Regional Technology Officer for West, East, Central Africa (WECA).  In his role Nicol was responsible for advocating for the technical needs of local country governments and academic agencies to key internal/external Microsoft stakeholders. Since joining Microsoft in 2003, Nicol held a number of high impact assignments. Prior to joining WECA he was the Account Technology Specialist (ATS) Worldwide Director. In that role, he was responsible for the 800+ ATS community, sustaining and expanding revenue that the ATS sales employees support with Enterprise Accounts worldwide.

Mr. Woodard consults regularly with governments, corporations, academics, press, and analysts globally on many areas of expertise. He is published on the subject of technology in local country press and other critical journals. He is a frequent speaker at corporate, government, academic conferences and symposia. Woodard has presented internationally across multiple continents and for prestigious organizations such as the U.S. Government, LATAM, Asia, Canada, Business Summits, Governments of Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and the United Nations in Ethiopia. He has been a guest speaker at many distinguished academic institutions.

Mr. Woodard hold a B.S. degree from East Tennessee State University with advanced studies in Computer Science and Technological Management and has attended numerous courses in management, strategic and tactical planning, human resources, public speaking, project management, systems analysis; as well as practical applications on hardware, software, and telecommunications technologies on multiple platforms.

Challenger, Grey & Christmas, Inc: Allen McNeill

Allen McNeill has been with Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc since January of 2000 as Vice President in the Southeast.  From 1982 until 1990 Allen was a partner with a management development firm based in Columbia, SC.  This firm provided leadership and management development for companies throughout the United States.  For the 10 years prior to joining CGC Allen was co-owner of the McNeill Company which provided leadership and productivity training to financial, professional, and health care institutions throughout the Southeast.

Allen has a BS in Biology from Presbyterian College and an MAT from the University of South Carolina.  Allen was a Little All-American quarterback at Presbyterian College in 1970 and spent the first 13 years of his career as a football coach in South Carolina.  He and his wife Jane live in Atlanta, GA where he is an avid golfer.
